Understand what this stage is really doing

This stage is not just about payment. It confirms that the account can log in successfully, the chosen plan supports the intended usage, and the business details attached to the workspace are accurate enough for billing, invoices, and internal ownership.

If the subscription stage is incomplete, NexaMail may keep returning to billing or plan screens. That is expected behaviour when the account is not yet ready for the rest of the workflow.

Step 1: Create the account and confirm access

  • Register with an email address that can receive password resets, billing notifications, and account alerts.
  • Complete any email verification or activation step before trying to continue deeper into the app.
  • Sign out and back in once if there is any doubt about whether access is active.

Step 2: Compare plans with the future workflow in mind

Users often choose plans by price alone, but the better approach is to compare the plan against the intended sending volume, audience size, and available features.

Step 3: Complete billing details carefully

Billing details should reflect the real business or account owner, not placeholder values. This helps when invoices need to be reconciled or when ownership questions come up later.

Good habitUse the same business details that finance or operations teams already recognise. That reduces confusion when invoices, renewals, or card updates need attention later.

Step 4: Confirm the account is fully active

Free or trial plans may activate immediately. Paid plans usually require payment confirmation before the status changes. The subscription stage is complete only when the account shows an active plan and the app no longer forces the user back into billing.

  • Billing details are complete and accurate.
